Danish pipemaker Han Neilson uses his nickname "Former" for his pipes.  Nielson makes "Handmade Former" classical shaped pipes which are turned on machines and "Freehand Former" which are completely handmade.

Incredible Danish freehand with plateau top.  The grain is spectacular all the way around.  This one has a beautiful horn ferrule that has a brass inlay.  The black military stem completes this pipe to perfection.  A breathtaking pipe by any ones standards.  Bowl is 2-3/8 inches tall and length is 5-3/4 inches and is 1.92 ounces.

Outstanding bent Dublin with grain to die for.  The top has a bulldog like bevel on it.  The shank has a tasteful, small piece of horn on the tip.  It has a beautiful, hand cut stem that is very flat.  Bowl is 2 inches tall.  Length 5-1/4 inches and is 1.68 ounces

Simply incredible Danish bent with a flip on the shank.  Nicely sandblasted  everywhere except the end and bottom of the shank.  The hand carved stem duplicates the curve on the end of the shank.  This pipe is a joy to behold.  Bowl is 2 inches tall and length is 5 inches.

This spectacular Blow Fish will dazzle the lover of birds eyes.  Other than the top and bottom of the shank the pipe is almost all birds eyes.  The right side is nearly flat while the left side is round.  The pipe is too good to believe.  The bowl is 2 inches while the length is 5 inches long and 1.92 ounces.
