While attending the 2006 Chicago Pipe
and Tobacciana Show, Skip saw Mr. Barts pipes and thought they would be perfect for The
Briary.
Bartlomiej Anotniewski hand carves his pipes. Mr. Bart's
talent and artistic skills are unbelievable. As you can see Mr.
Bart is a
skilled artisan. He started working with pipes in 1985 while still in
the Polish Army.
He has worked with master carvers, Mr. Filar and Mr.
Kulpinski. He appreciated the challenge of new designs and uses only
the best briar to create his hand carved art pipes, such as Corsican,
Algerian and Italian briar.
Mr. Bart's talents and
skills are spectacular as you can see in the pipes shown below. Most
customers consider his creations to be "Museum Quality Pieces".
